Directive Principles and Fundamental Duties
What the State should aim for (Part IV), how it has clashed with Fundamental Rights in court, and what citizens owe the nation (Part IVA).
(→ English: Directive Principles of State Policy, non-justiciable · हिन्दी: राज्य की नीति के निदेशक तत्व, न्यायालय द्वारा अप्रवर्तनीय)
(→ English: Directive Principles of State Policy · हिन्दी: राज्य की नीति के निदेशक तत्व)
